JOCCA, consequently, aims to provide a number of educative options that enable the widening of the musician’s educational, professional and even social horizons. It is about a democratization of music, which is intended to end with its elitist understanding and aspires to become an integrating element for the youth and society.
JOCCA was officially presented on 29 October 2008 in Panama’s National Theatre. Since then, it has continued to evolve through its activities in all of the region’s states and through its rotatory annual meetings in Guatemala, EL Salvador and Honduras.[spacer height=”20px”]
